The Law increases the expenses for the chief administrator of budget funds, the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, by UAH 74347,4 thousand. The funds are allocated for the following budget programs: "applied research and developments in research activity of higher education establishments and research institutions" by UAH 5000,0 thousand; "physical and sports rehabilitation and sports of people with disabilities" by UAH 9722,4 thousand; "financial support of the Paralympic movement in Ukraine" by UAH 4625,0 thousand; "organizational and financial support of the sport of records" by UAH 15000,0 thousand; "organization of trainings and competitions in Olympic kinds of sports" by UAH 40000,0 thousand.
